DICOM imaging workstation — separate
Opening DICOM studies — stack scrolling, quad MPR reslicing, 3D and cine — is licensed on its own and is not included in Premium. It is enabled per account. Ask about it. Ordinary radiograph and photograph upload, viewing and measurement are unaffected.
Storage
Each account has an allowance for what it uploads to Case Vault, and you can request more from within the app. Data you keep on your own device, or send to your own Google Drive, does not count against it.
Downgrading
If a subscription lapses, nothing is deleted. Every case, study and image you recorded stays readable and exportable — you simply cannot add new cases past the free limit, or use the Premium tools, until you upgrade again.
Prices are shown inclusive of nothing else — taxes may apply depending on your country. Payment is handled by Razorpay and Stripe; Case Vault never sees your card details.
