Clinical records
One structured record per case, filled in as you go rather than reconstructed later.

Not a medical device
Case Vault records, measures and analyses data you enter. It does not interpret images, suggest diagnoses, or recommend treatment, and it is not certified as a medical device. Measurements are tools for a clinician to use and check, not automated findings.
