Case Vault is built and maintained by a practising clinician, so replies come from someone who has used the thing in a clinic.

Something is broken, behaving oddly, or you cannot get at your data. Include what you were doing and what you expected — and please do not send patient-identifiable information in an email.
Access to the DICOM workstation
The imaging workstation — stack scrolling, MPR reslicing, 3D and cine — is licensed separately from Premium and enabled per account. Say which account should have it.

Questions about what is stored, where, or for how long, and requests relating to a record held in a deployment we operate.
Please do not email patient data
Email is not a secure channel for identifiable clinical information. Describe the problem in general terms, or reference a case by its Case Vault code rather than by the patient's name or hospital number.
